世界上很多著名的高科技企业的发展 ,无不与风险资本的支持相关 ,风险投资已成为中小型高科技企业成长的催化剂。为了更好地促进我国风险投资事业的发展 ,政府对风险投资事业要积极引导、扶持 ,但不能干预 ;政府要营造适宜风险投资发展的大环境 ;

The development of many famous hi tech.enterprises in the world is closely related to the support of VC (venture capital).VC has become the catalytic agent of hi tech.SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises).In order to speed up the development of Chinese VC,some suggestions were made.The government should guide and give aid to,but not intervene the development of Chinese VC;The government should create a favorable economic and social environment for the development of Chinese VC;The service offered by the government should be strengthened.
