男性老年肺心病患者垂体促性腺激素的储备和排泌功能研究

Dysfunction of Pituitary Gonadotropin Reserve and Secretion in the Male Elderly Cor Pulmonale Patients

我们对老年男性肺心病急性发作期(n=12)和缓解期(n=6)均进行血基础激素水平测定和黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)兴奋试验。结果表明,急性发作期和缓解期睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)均低于健康对照组(P<0.01);经LHRH兴奋后LH反应峰值、绝对升高值(△LH)、峰值上升速率(△LH/△t)、峰值增高倍数均非常显著或显著低于对照组。

The response of pituitary gonadotropins to luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone(LHRH)were determined in the male aging patients with acute and chronic cor pulmonale(CCP) and 15 healthy elderly servied as control, and simulteneuosly basic value of serum luteinizing hormone (LH). Folliculiar stimulating bormone(FSH) and plasma testosterone(T) and estradiol(E_2)were measured. The results showed: 1. The basic values of plasma T in the remission stage and acute stage of CCP were significantly lower than the control (P<0. 05). The basic value of LH and FSH with remission were also lower(P<0. 01 or 0. 05). 2. After the injection of LHRH, the peak value of LH, absolute increased value of LH, the velocity of ascend of serum LH had notably lower increments in patients with two stages of CCP than the control(P<0. 01). It is considered that there is significant dysfunction of hypothalamic pituitary-gonadal axis in the patients with acute or remission of cor pulmonale.
