素质教育是教育的目标 ,是教学活动的组织原则 ,因此 ,教学改革要与提高学生综合素质这一目标紧密结合 ,在素质教育前提下进行教学改革 ,对教师和学生也提出了更客观更理性的要求。

Quality education is the final goal of education and is the organizational principle of teaching activities.Therefore,teaching reform must conform to the enhancement of the students overall qualities and must be under the prerequisite of quality education.This requires more objective and more rational demands on the teachers and students.
