Effective Ways for Raising Capitals in Infrastructure Construction of Cities

本文针对我国城市基础设施建设资金运作中存在的主要问题 ,提出加快城市基础设施建设资金筹措上要解放思想 ,转变观念 ,促进投融资体制的市场化 ,以拓宽投融资渠道 ,扩大投资规模 ,提高全国城市基础设施建设水平。

Directing at the main problems with funds running in constructing infrastructures in the cities of China,the author assumes that the ways solving the existed problems should lie in opening our minds,changing our ideas and accelerating to reform the capital raising system in order to widen the ways for raising capital,enlarge the investment scale and advance the quality of infrastructure construction in the cities of China.
