This article introduce a kind of state monitor system applied to internal combustion locomotive,which can inspect and record the word state about locomotive,and can give an alarm and perform fault diagnosis based on the change of parameter about locomotive for abnormal situation,This system include two sub system,and this article emphasize on the hardware design of sub system on the locomotive.
