摘要
850初轧机推拉床带翻钢机托辊是影响初轧厂生产的关键设备之一,由于其本身存在着设计和使用方面的不足,造成托辊经常损坏,不但影响生产顺行而且增加企业生产成本.运用静力学、动力学、材料力学等方法对托辊进行受力及结构分析并校核计算了轴承的寿命,结合现场实际,找出托辊损坏的原因,对其进行重新设计与改进,在采用了一系列合理使用的措施之后,使改进后的托辊寿命延长 3倍以上.既满足了生产的要求,也为企业节约了大量的资金.
Push- guide with tilting device of blooming mill 850 is one of the key equipmente. Because of default of support roller in design and operation, they were often damaged. They not only affected production but also increased production cost.Based on analysis of load and structure of the roller and calculating and checking life of bearing ,using method of Statics, Dynamics and Resistance of materials, we found the cause of the damage. This paper gives new design and improvement on the structure of support roller and some proposals in operation. After that, the service life of support roller increases by three times. They meet the requirement of production and greatly reduce the cost.
