数控系统中DSP运动控制卡的设计与实现

The design and realization of DSP motion control board in CNC system

针对数控系统中实时性要求较高的运动控制(插补、位置控制、开关量I/O控制)部分,设计了一种基于ISA总线的DSP运动控制卡,并就该运动控制卡的硬件以及软件设计的实现方案进行了深入的讨论,阐述了实现中的一些技术方法。实践表明该控制卡能满足运动控制部分的精度及速度要求。

In order to partake the task of real-time motion control in real-time multitask CNC system,a kind of DSP motion control development board based on ISA is designed.The design and re aliza tion method of software and hardware is discussed and some technological details during design and realiza tion is dis cribed.The practice proves that this board can satisfy require of motion control on precision and speed.
