摘要
介绍了车削大型冷铸轧辊新型PCBN刀具。经试验及生产现场使用表明,该刀具的切削用量可达:ap=2～4mm;f=0.1～0.6mm/r;v=90～800m/min。生产效率提高了11倍以上,经上万次冲击不崩刃打刀。该刀具已在上海、常州、山东、江西等地轧辊厂推广应用。
The paper introduces the new type PCBN cutting tool of the big-scale turning chill casting rolls.Through testing and utilization at the production spot,it shows that the cutting volume of the cutting tool is as fol-lows:a p =2～4mm;f=0.1～0.6mm/r;v=90～800m/min.The production efficiency has increased by11times.Through about to thousand times of charge,it does't crack.The cutting tool has been in application and dissemination in casting rolls factories in such areas as Shanghai,Changzhou,Shandong,and Jiangxi.
