摘要 主要研究了Syalon501陶瓷的电火花线切割加工及其加工表面的超声强化处理。抗弯强度被用来综 合测量加工过程对表面质量的影响,并通过威布尔统计方法进一步分析了抗弯强度值的分布情况。 This paper attempts to study the wire electro-discharg machining of Syalon501 engineering ceramics and their surface modification by ultrasonic finishing. Flexural strength will be used for evaluating the effect of the two processes on the machined specimens. The distribution of the flexural strength data will be further analyzed by the Weibull statistical method.
