摘要
以内径D =80 0mm ,设计压力p =31 4MPa的容器为例 ,对双O形圈自紧式密封装置的密封结构设计和安装调试问题进行了全面的讨论 ,建立了密封结构的设计方法 ,指出了该装置的一个技术关键在于内外O形圈预紧的同步性和双锥环自紧程度的控制 。
Taking a pressure vessel with inside diameter of 800mm and design pressure of 31 4MPa as an example, the authors developed a design method of self-energizing sealing devices with double O-rings based on a detailed discussion on the structure and problems met during erection. The crux of the sealing effect is to synchronously pre-tight the O-rings and obtain proper degree of self-energizing.Forthermore,in order to adjust the fitting of sealing parts properly and conveniently, a simulating assembly method was proposed.
