摘要 染缸是印染行业中的关键设备之一。因布料进出的需要 ,染缸圆筒体上须开矩形孔。目前国内外对这种结构尚无统一的设计计算方法。由于染缸受到脉动载荷的作用 ,降低孔边应力集中系数是提高其疲劳寿命的有效途径。本文以GR2 0 0 0D型染缸为对象 ,通过综合分析比较现有的补强结构 ,分析孔边的应力大小及分布规律 ,设计了一种能有效降低应力集中矩形大开孔补强结构。工程应用表明 ,本文所设计的结构能满足实际需要 。 Dye vat is a key equipment in printing and dyeing industry. Large rectangular opening should be made to take in or out raw cloth materials. Up to now, there is no uniform design method of this structure home and abroad. And, dye vat is subjected to pulsant load because of the frequent opening and closing of the flange, therefore , to reduce stress concentration factor is an effective way to lengthen the fatigue life of dye vat. Based on synthetical analysis and comparison of customary reinforcing structures, and careful analysis of law of the magnitude and distribution of the stress near the orifice in the body of dye vat, a reinforcement is designed for the large rectangular opening which can effectively reduce stress intensity.
