The Cracks Test of Inservice Coke Tower and Its Nondestructive Testing

焦炭塔是炼油厂延迟焦化装置的重要设备 ,由于其操作工况特别苛刻 ,国内绝大多数焦炭塔都出现了不同程度的裂纹缺陷 ,严重危及在用焦炭塔的安全运行。本文根据多台在用焦炭塔的检验和安全评估工作实践 ,综合表述了在用焦炭塔常见裂纹部位和典型裂纹形态 。

This paper comprehensively outlines the common positions and typical morphology of cracks on in-service coke tower according to the working practice in inspection and safety assessment of several in-service coke towers and introduces the NDT methods of in-service coke towers and some experience in inspection practice.
