摘要
针对钣金数控冲切加工编程 ,提出了刀具加工轨迹搜索判别的计算方法 ,应用区域判别方法进行刀具的适配及优化 ,运行结果表明 ,该方法能提高材料利用率 。
In order to improve the numerical control punch CAM system, the paper presents a method to detect the punch track of a part and select tool by using the judging of the area. The results show that the method could save the material and reduce the tool changing times greatly.
