摘要
整流罩在高速飞行中对空气进行整流 ,并同时起光学窗口的作用。热压多晶氟化镁常用作整流罩材料。但在加工中发现 ,这种材料易出现散射颗粒 ,严重影响零件的表面质量。通过高速抛光工艺的摸索 ,提高了零件的表面质量 ,缩短了抛光时间 ,提高了生产效率。
Dome commutates atmosphere in high-speed flying. Also it can be used as optical window. Poly-crystal MgF 2 by hot-press is used material of dome. The surface quantity is influenced by scatter grain of this material hardly. Through high-speed polishing process, the surface quantity will be increased, polishing time will be shortened, and production efficiency will be improved.
