超短焦距广角CID电视镜头的设计、制造与检测

摘要 舰船上直升飞机导降系统的CID电视小镜头 ,焦距只有 5 7mm ,视场为 90°。加拿大国内做得不够理想 ,其主要问题是弥散圆偏大。中科院西安光机所采用全部镜片都用普通光学玻璃的方案 ,精心设计制造了多批CID电视镜头 ,其技术指标完全达到了合同要求 ,加拿大客商倍加赞誉。首先叙述了CIDTV小镜头的光学设计、结构设计、加工和装校的要点。接着重点介绍了检测须过的“五关” :星点检验、近轴焦距、畸变、后截距和透过率测量。最后给出了CIDTV镜头的结果。 A guiding desecent and orientating CID TV system on warship has a lens of super short-focus and wide visual field. Its focal distance is 5.7 mm only and visual field is 90°. The CID TV lens made in Canada is not ideal, and the main problem is that it has large dispersion dot. Design and making of the CID TV lens by Xi'an Inst. of Optics and Precise Mech. of Chinese Acad. of Sci. can meet the technical requirement according to the contract with canadian manufacturer. This paper introduces the optical design, mechanical design and making of the lens with aluminum alloy shell. The star test and measurement of near-axis focus, distortion, back working distance and transmittance of super short-focus and wide-angle CID TV lens were described.
