摘要
针对K 10 0 0 0型塔式起重机在大车安装时遇到的国产轨道取代进口、以及轨道强度和轨枕间距如何确定的问题 ,根据起重机金属结构设计理论 ,建立轨道力学模型 ,通过轨道强度条件的分析计算 ,得到了轨道最大许用轨枕间距 ,为整机的安装调试奠定了基础。经多年实践表明 ,该方法和结论是正确合理的。
There exist the problems of replacement of the imported crane rails with the home made and determination of the sleeper span when installing the imported K 10000 tower crane.In response to it,this paper applies metal structure design theory to establish the rail mechanics model and obtains the maximum permissible sleeper span through andyzing and calculating the rail′s strength.This contributes to whole machine installation and commissioning.Operating for many years proves that the method and results pressented in this paper are correct and rational.
