高能电子辐照对PTFE填充酚酞聚芳醚酮复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘要 用MM 2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机考察了辐照对PTFE填充酚酞聚芳醚酮复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :PEK C复合材料经辐照后其摩擦磨损性能变差。电镜分析表明 ,辐照样品的磨屑大于未辐照后样品的磨屑。辐照样品的磨损表面梨沟较明显 ,而未辐照样品的磨损表面无犁沟槽 ,且表面比较光滑。而电子探针微区分析EPMA表明 ,辐照样品与钢环对磨后 ,其摩擦表面较粗糙 ,钢环表面没有形成连续、均匀的转移膜 ;而未辐照样品与钢环对磨后 ,它们的摩擦表面较光滑 ,钢环表面均形成了较连续、均匀的转移膜。 The effect of radiation on the friction wear properties of PTFE filled polyetherketone with cardo group (PEK C) composites was studied using a Model MM 200 Friction and Wear Tester. It was found that radiation could make friction wear properties of PEK C composites become bad. SEM results revealed that the size of wear debris of the normal PEK C composites was smaller than that of PEK C composites being is radiated. Abrasive grooves existed on the worn surface of the irraclated specimens, while no abrasive grooves on the worn surface of the unirradiated ones and the surface was quite smooth. EPMA analysis showed that no uniform and coherent transfer film was formed on the counterpart steel ring by running the steel ring against the unirradiated PEK C composites block, while a relatively uniform and coherent transfer film was formed by running the steel ring against the irradiated PEK C composites block. The counterpart surface of unirradiated PEK C composites was more smooth than that of irradiated PEK C.
