三维编织复合材料应用于火箭级间段的可行性分析

摘要 测定了环氧树脂基 (TDE85 )碳纤维 (T30 0 )三维整体编织结构增强复合材料圆管的压缩性能 ,以及由这种圆管组成的火箭级间段模拟结构的轴压承载能力 ,给出了相应的试验结果。数据表明 ,三维编织复合材料具有优良的抗损伤性能。 Compression behavior of circular tubes which were braided with carbon fiber T300 and impregnated with epoxy resin TDE85 were determined by lots of experiments. The axial compression bearing capacity of rocket intersitage analogue structure was investigated. The results show that three dimensional braid structures significantly improve the level of damage tolerance of composites. The results are a good basis for the design of the braid structures and application in astronautics area.
