ISO1 35 84(即 PLIB标准 )是 ISO制定的关于 CAD标准件库表示与交换国际标准。其目的是提供一种中性机制 ,以确保 CAD标准件库的可移植性以及标准件库的信息交换与共享。概述了零件库标准 PLIB的体系结构、主要内容以及它与 STEP标准的相互关系 ,并指出了该标准在我国的应用领域。提出了在虚拟企业中建立以 PL
ISO 13584,i.e. PLIB, provides a representation of part library information together with the necessary mechanisms and definitions to enable part library data to be exchanged, used and updated. The paper gives an overview of the architecture of the standard and the relationship between ISO 13584 and STEP.Finally,the guideline for introducing ISO13584 to China's industry is given. Also, the key to building an national part library information system based on ISO 13584 is dealt with in detail.
