摘要
综合了计算机网络协议与数控系统的层次结构 ,提出了网络数控系统的概念 ,比较了它与 DNC、FMS之间的关系 ,建立了其体系结构 ,对信息共享 ,智能动态调度 ,网络数控与 Internet/Intranet的关系等关键技术内容作了详细探讨 。
As the computer network develops very quickly, it makes the network of the fundamental manufacturing equipment become a new research aspect. Synthesizing the structure of computer network protocol and numerical control system, this paper presents the concept of network numerical control, compares its relationship with DNC and FMS,and constructs its architecture. It also discusses the key techniques, such as information sharing, process intelligent dynamical scheduling and the relations between network numerical control and Internet/Intranet in detail. It brings forward a feasible solution for the agility and intelligence of the manufacturing system from devices in the shop floor.
