摘要
通过对直角剪裁的特征分析 ,提出了一种正交阵列排样的优化新算法 ,在算法中将机床的加工特征作为约束函数 。
The key technology in the application of NC Right-Angle Shear or combination machine is to cut the sheet with optimal part nesting,which may be one of the new research projects in sheet metal industry. Based on the feature analysis of NC right angle shear, a new nesting algorithm is presented in this paper, in which the machine feature is taken as the constraints of the optimization. Practice shows the method can solve nesting problems effectively.
