焊接温度场、应力场和应变场相似准则的推导及验证 被引量:4

摘要 利用因次分析法和方程分析法推导出焊接条件下模拟件温度场应满足的相似准则 ,并据此得到实物与模拟件间应力和变形的相似关系。对此相似准则利用数值模拟方法进行平板表面堆焊三维有限元验证 ,得到了较好对应关系。进一步讨论 ,得知此相似准则不适用于相变明显的材料。 In the study of some special welding structures,it is very difficult to measure temperature, stress and deformation directly. Ane models which can be measured directly are used to optimize working process in order to obtain high qualities. Similitude theory, which has been used widely in many fields, provides theoretical guideline for making models to keep quantity relationship between real objects and models. In this paper the methods of dimensional analysis and equation analysis are used to derive similitude principles on welding temperature, strain and stress fields. These principles integrate the already existing principles which are different under different welding conditions. And the applied scope of these principles are also discussed. To validate these principles 3D numerical simulations are made and the results show fairly satisfied coincidences.
