摘要
利用 MM- 2 0 0型磨损试验机 ,研究了通过固体硼铬稀土共渗降低渗硼层本质脆性对其磨粒磨损特性的影响 ,并进行了应用试验 ,同时利用固体与分子经验电子理论对含铬 Fe2 B相的价电子结构进行了分析。结果表明 ,脆性的下降可使渗硼层的耐磨粒磨损性能提高 0 .2 7~ 0 .80倍 ,而且实际应用效果显著。铬原子的溶入改变了 Fe2 B相的价电子结构 ,从而使渗硼层的本质脆性降低。
The effect of decreasing the eigen-brittleness of boride layer, by pack RE-chrome- boronizing,on its abrasion wear behavior and mechanism was studied in this paper using an MM-200 wear tester and applied tests were completed. The valence electron structure of Cr-containing Fe2B phase was researched on the basis of Yu's empirical electron theory of solids and molecules. The results show that the abrasions wear resistance of the boride layer, when its brittleness dropping, increases 27%~80%, and that the application effects to flat-hammer are notable.The valence electron structure of Cr-containing Fe2B phase can decrease the eigen-brittleness of boride layer.
