摘要
扬黄用泵中的水泵密封环 ,因黄河含沙水的磨损和汽蚀 ,密封环配合面磨损快 ,容积损失增大 ,从而使水泵的运行效率降低、能耗高。固海扬水管理处应用改性聚氨酯弹性体研制成的新型密封环 ,通过试验证明 ,其抗磨蚀、抗汽蚀性能极强 ,能成几倍地延长使用寿命 ,从而提高了水泵的平均运行效率 ,节能效果明显。
The water pump wearing ring is used in electric irrigation, due to cavitation and wear characteristic of the sand-laden water of Yellow River. The conjugate surface of wearing ring is freted fast and losing-volume is enlarged. The reason is due to pump's operation efficiency reduced and energy-experding enlarged. Our department used the denaturalization polyurethane elastomer substance, developed new type wearing ring. By the experiments, not only the performance of wearing-resisting but also the caritation-resisting are improved. The effects of energy-saving is salient and the value were used widely.
