摘要
研究了微量稀土和铬元素对硼化物层抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明 :在较低温度下(<85 0℃ ) ,微量稀土和铬元素可提高硼化物层的抗氧化性能 ,在氧化过程中 ,其组织、硬度较稳定 ,氧化膜不易剥落 ;对其机理进行了探讨。
The effect of micro addition of earth and chrome elements on oxidation resistance of the boronized layer. The results showed that at temperatures below 850℃, addition of rare earth and chrome in boronized layer could increase its oxidation resistance. Moreover, during oxidation, the microstructure and microhardness varied little, the oxide film was relatively durable. The oxidation resistance mechanism was discussed.
