摘要
提出了一种基于分形插值预测的信息压缩技术。将原始信息在利用分析过去发生过什么事件以及未来需要完成什么工作,才能实现某种特定目标的基础上,进行分形编码得到分形码,采用分形插值方法由信息的分形码解码得到原始信息的分形预测编码,然后对预测误差信息进行基于DCT的自适应补偿编码。实验表明,这种方法的编码速度有了很大提高,而且恢复信息的质量具有较高的保真度。
A hybrid message rectangle coding ex cellent method is proposed.The orig inal message rect-angle is subsampled by taking every o ther element in both horizontal and v ertical directions.The decimated message rectangle is encoded with fr actal method.A fractal prediction i s obtained with fractal interpolati on method from the fractal codes of the d ecimated message.The prediction me ssage is subtracted from the original message to arrive at a difference message,which is encoded based on DCT for error correction.Experimental results show that this algorithm is f aster than typical fractal message c oding methods,and the reconstructe d message have good fidelities to the o riginal message at relatively high c ompression.
