摘要
给出了轴向车铣工件理论粗糙度的数学模型,分析了主要工艺参数对工件理论粗糙度的影响,并通过实验对工件的表面粗糙度进行了分析,得到用轴向车铣完全可实现零件的精加工。
The mathematic model of the theoreti c roughness of axial turh -milling wo rkpiece is giv-en.The influence of the primary tech nology parameters on the theoretic r oughness of the workpiece is ana-lyzed.And the surface roughness of t he workpiece is analyzed by the experiment.As a result,the finish ma-chining can be achieved completely b y the axial turn -milling.
