用普通分光光度计测定压气含油量的试验研究

以对有油压缩机生产的压缩气体含油量的测试为实例,提出根据光电比浊法的原理,通过配制标准母液,利用普通分光光度计,求出光密度与含油量之间的关系曲线作标准,然后将被测样品的光密度与标准关系曲线相比照的途径来测试压气含油量的方法;设计了采集样品的装置。这里介绍的方法和装置,经实践检验是合理可行的,测试的结果是可靠的。

On the basis of oil content testing of compressed gas produced by oil conta ined compressor,a method of photoelectric nephelometry is designed.That is,by common spectrophotometer,a curve between op-tical density and oil content can be d rawn,and by conparing the testing sa mple optical density and the curve,the oil content can be set.The appsra tus of sample picking is also designed.By use of this method and appa-ratus,satisfactory testing results is reached.
