摘要
为使机床夹具自动设计系统能够快速、准确地自动确定加工余量 ,分别对影响加工余量的八种因素作了详细的分析和推导 ,给出了一套实用、准确的计算公式 ,并成功地应用于夹具安装规划自动系统。
Detail analysis and deduction is presented to eight kinds of factors of influencing machining allowance in order that the fixture autodesign system can automatically determine it.A set of accurate calculation formula is given,it is applied successfully to the fixture setup planning automatic system.
