摘要
弹性金属塑料瓦较低的摩擦系数和弹性模量的特性,使其能承受更高的推力荷载,简化轴承结构,运行安全可靠,因此,得到广泛的推广使用。为了进一步提高塑料瓦的性能,国外对纯聚四氟乙稀塑料进行了掺加添加剂的试验。该项成果已经在大型抽水蓄能电站的可逆式机组上获得成功的应用。
Because low frieitional properties and low modulus the PTFE segments can allow for poerationat much higher load,simplify beatings structure and be operated satisfactorily.So they havebeen used in wide range.To improve performance of the pure PTFE,researchers filled intothe pure PTFE with various material and commissioned a series of wea.r tests.The success hasused in major pumped-storage stations reversible pump-turbines.
