摘要
从实用的角度和可操作性为出发点 ,提出了 3种电力市场监管方法 ,即比较市场力指标、分析市场参与者的行为及进行电力市场仿真 ,提出了防止违规操作、市场操控的措施。在此基础上 ,提出了一个有效的市场监管系统的框架。为维持电力市场的公平、公正。
Three kinds of power market surveillance methods including the comparing of market power index, the comparing of behavior of the participants and the computer simulation are presented. Then the mitigation measures for market power or illegal behaviors are also proposed. Based on that, a practical framework is suggested for the power market surveillance system. The proposed power market surveillance system can insure the fair, just and normal operation of power market.
