摘要
为保证 1 0 MW高温气冷堆备用柴油发电机组的可靠运行 ,机组控制系统采用了以 PLC为核心的设计方案。文中介绍了机组的主要运行方式及其控制系统的结构、控制要求 ,实现了机组运行过程的自动控制、状态监测、系统管理及故障诊断和报警等功能。该机组已在 1 0 MW高温堆中安装调试完毕 ,并正式投入运行。
To achieve safety and operation of emergency supply unit for 10 MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor, an automatic control system including operation modes, system structure and control demands are described. The functions of auto-process controlling, state monitoring, system management, fault diagnosis and alarm are realized in this system. The emergency supply unit has been installed and tested in the 10 MW high temperature reactor and put into real operation at present.
