摘要
从经济学的角度对我国的电价问题进行了分析 ,指出必须对现有的电价制度进行改革 ,以适应我国电力工业改革的要求 。
This paper analyzes the problem of electric price, points out that the electric price system must be reformed in order to accomplish the goal of power industry in market oriented reformation, and probes into the idea and way of the electric price reformation.
