摘要
建立了表面式加热器的高精度的动态数学模型。该模型不但适用于加热器的正常运行工况 ,同时也考虑了热流体的相变 (或无相变 )、设备的密封程度对其运行的影响 ,设备可能出现的结垢、污染、管道泄露等因素对设备运行的影响 ,设备从停运、启动到正常运行的全过程 ,以及可能的非正常运行工况 ,如管侧的冷流体断流、热流体断流等。
A dynamic mathematical model for surface heaters is presented in the paper. The model is not only applicable to normal heater status, but also transient heater status. The factors such as scaling, pollution and leakage are considered in the model. The model can simulate whole process. It proves that the model has good dynamic and static characteristic.
