通过对娘子关电厂 3号机组变形主蒸汽管道的分析和应力测量 ,对管系进行了改造设计计算 ,结合机组大修予以实施。同时确定了管系的危险截面处 ,采取有效的监督手段进行运行监督。研究和总结出了处理变形蒸汽管道的一套完整程序和方法 。

By analyzing the out of shape main steam pipes and measuring the stress,reform and design calculation about the pipes has been done and dangerous section has been determined,some effective supervision measures have beern used.These entirety programs and methods can be applied to other power plant.
