摘要
汽车半轴凸缘是受弯扭联合作用的联接零件,其强度、载荷及实际尺寸具有不确定性。文中运用模糊可靠性设计理论,在隶属函数和基本随机变量概率特性已知的情况下,导出了汽车半轴凸缘的模糊可靠性设计公式,并给出了计算实例。应用模糊可靠性设计理论,可以提高设计水平、节省材料、降低成本,符合汽车轻量化的发展方向。
Automotive half shaft flange is a coupling part under the combined action of bending and torsion,its strength,loading and actual size have an uncertainty. The formula of fuzzy reliability design of automotive half shaft flange is derived by using fuzzy reliability design theory, under the condition of known subordinative functions and basic random variable probability characteristics, and the actual computing examples are given in the paper. Applying the fuzzy reliability design theory can improve the design quantity, save the material,reduce the cost and conform with the developing trend of automotive light weight.
