摘要
SL6601型客车在使用中,由于发动机产生过热,致使冷却水温度偏高。阐述了发动机过热的危害性,并对散热器及风扇等进行了结构改进。在环境温度38℃、车速20km/h、满载及连续爬坡15km进行试验,测得最高水温为89℃,满足设计及使用要求。另外,还对风扇护罩及车身结构进行了相应改进。
The higher cooling water temperature is caused by engine overheat in SL6601 bus driving.The detriments of engine overheat are explained and the structures of fan and radiator are improved.Tested in a 38 ℃ environmental temperature,with a vehicle speed of 20 km/h,full load and for a continuous 15 km ascending grade driving,the measured highest water temperature in engine is 89 ℃ and can meet the requirements of design and usage.In addition,moderate improvements for fan cowl and body structure are also conducted.
