摘要
16V2 4 0ZJF型柴油机机体采用球墨铸铁整体铸造 ,油、水系统均铸于机体内部 ,机体总体结构与 2 4 0 /2 75柴油机铸焊结构钢机体基本相同 ,保证了零部件的通用和互换。对机体进行了动应力试验、轴系扭振试验、整机振动试验和UIC1 0 0小时性能试验。试验结果证明 ,1 6V2 4 0ZJF型柴油机整铸机体是铸焊结构钢机体的理想换代产品。
The 16V240ZJF diesel engine block is solidly cast using nodular cast iron with oil and water systems being all cast inside. Its overall structure is basically identical to that of cast welding steel blocks of 240/275 diesel engines, guaranteeing its parts are interchangeable. The dynamic stress test of the engine block, torsional vibration test of crankshaft systems, vibration test of the overall diesel engine, and UIC 100h performance test show that the cast block of 16V240ZJF diesel engines is an ideal alternative of cast welding steel ones.
