摘要
通过增压器故障修理的统计分析 ,提出了状态修理时应注意的三大问题 (柴油机与增压器匹配问题 ,柴油机对增压器性能影响问题和进气系统对增压器的影响问题 ) ,注意这三个问题 ,有利于提高检修质量 ,减少返修。
The statistical analysis of failure based repairs of turbochargers shows three noteworthy problems during condition based maintenance: matching between diesel engines and turbochargers, influences of diesel engines and air intake systems on turbocharger performance. Paying attention to the three problems is conducive to improvement of maintenance quality and reduction of back maintenance.
