摘要
通过对阳泉二电厂 1号、 2号机水汽质量进行跟踪监测 ,查出了给水 p H值不低而炉水 p H值降低的原因是由于精处理再生设备存在严重缺陷、精处理混床在线电导率表未正常投运、混床运行中泄漏大量 Cl-,造成炉水 Cl-浓度升高 ,炉水 p H值下降。从机理上对试验现象进行了分析 ,提出了严格控制运行中精处理混床出水电导率、消除精处理再生设备缺陷。
By continuous measurement of water steam quality of No.1 and No.2 generator unit at the Yangquan No 2 power plant,it finds that the pH decreasing in boiler water but without any decreasing in feed water is due to the abnormal performance of in-situ conductivity analyzer and the defect of regenerate condensate polishing device,which led to the leaking of Cl - and then the rising of Cl - in boiler water.As a result,the pH of boiler water decreased.Based on the abave analysis,the best control of running was proposed.
