摘要
介绍了山西阳光发电有限责任公司 1号机组 DCS控制系统通讯部分的运行机制 ,针对运行中出现的异常报警和总线负荷过重的问题 ,通过对闭环控制模件 6DS1 41 2和 CS2 75总线进行了资源重组与优化 ,降低了总线负荷 ,提高了系统的可靠性。
The operation mechanism of communication subsystem of the distributed control system in Unit 1 of Shanxi Yangguang Power Generation Co.Ltd.is introduced.To overcome the abnormal alarm events and heavy bus communication load rate,reconfiguration and optimization of resource in closed loop control modules and the CS 275 bus system have been carried out.As a result of these effective measures the bus load rate is lowered and the reliability is improved.
