摘要
建立了电压与表面电荷分布的动态方程 ,引入了电荷积聚时间常数的概念。从理论上证明了冲击电压作用下绝缘子表面可以产生一定量的电荷积聚 ,并对影响表面电荷积聚过程的因素进行了分析 ,理论分析结果得到了已往文献实验结果的证实。
The dynamic equation describing the relationship between surface charge density and voltage is established. The time constant of charge accumulation is introduced. The present theoretical analysis explains why surface charging occurs under impulse voltage, and finds out the factors that influence the process of charge accumulation. The result is supported by the measurements in some previous investigations.
