摘要
介绍了一种基于 PC机和离线电力系统电磁暂态计算程序 (EMTP)的双端继电保护的静动模仿真试验系统 ,该方案利用 EMTP仿真数据作为测试的数据来源 ,在保护实时测试前 ,根据预计的保护的动作行为 ,利用 EMTP离线计算好相应的数据 ,在保护实时测试中 ,根据保护的实际动作情况 ,送出相应数据到测试硬件产生适当的电流、电压 ,实现多端保护的闭环测试。整个系统结构简单 ,对硬件要求低 ,模拟准确 ,经过试验验证是一种有效的继电保护暂态试验方法 。
A static and dynamic simulation testing system based on PC and off line electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) for two terminal protective relaying is presented, in which the simulation data of EMTP is used as the data source. Before the real time test of protective device according to the pre estimated protection action the related data is calculated by EMTP, in the real time test in the light of practical action of the protective device the relevant data is sent to the hardware of the testing system to generate appropriate currents and voltages to implement the closed loop test of multi terminal protection. The structure of the presented system is simple, it does not raise special claim to the hardware and its simulation result is accurate. It is validated that the presented system is an effective way for transient test of protective devices, by which the various action features of protective devices can be implemented.
