摘要
22 0kV不夜城变电站按无人值班来设计 ,采用德国西门子公司的LSA67分布分散式结构的变电站自动化系统 ,实现对所有的一、二次设备进行监视、测量、控制、保护和报警功能。该系统投运一年多来 ,运行情况良好 ,充分体现了自动化系统的优点。从工程设计的角度出发 ,介绍了2 2 0kV不夜城变电站自动化系统的结构及功能。并总结工程实践中的经验教训 ,提出一些建议 ,为今后的工程提供参考借鉴 ,进一步提高上海电网的自动化水平。
kV Buyecheng Substation is designed as an unattended substation.The LSA 67 distributed Substation Automation System of Siemens is applied to realize various functions,including monitoring,metering,protection and alarm.Since its operation over one year,the automation system runs well,demonstrating the advantages of the automation system.This paper introduces its structure and functions from the view of engineering design.The experience and lessons of the project are summarized.For improving the automation level of Shanghai electric power system,some proposals are brought forward,which can be referred in the future projects.
