摘要
介绍 1997年 7月 30日华中电网葛二江电厂 2 2 0kVⅠ母失压事故及处理过程 ,并对事故中所暴露出的问题进行了分析 ,突出强调解决鄂西水电外送配套电网建设遗留问题的重要性和紧迫性。
A severe contingency of Center China power network and its treatment process are described, which occurred on July 30, 1997 in Geerjiang Hydropower Plant and caused the voltage of No.1 bus bar falling to zero. The problems exposed are analyzed, the importance and urgency of solving them are emphasized, which were left by the power network construction for power transmission from hydropower stations in West Hubei to outside.
