开关柜全硬件数字化控制电路探讨

EXPLORATION OF DIGITAL CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR SWITCHGEARS

介绍一种可用于中低压开关柜保护控制的全硬件数字逻辑电路方案。其电路简单 ,易于维护和调整 ,体积小 ,开发和产品成本低。实验证明各种保护动作准确可靠 ,重复操作误差和产品分散性小 ,用于独立运行的中、低压开关柜保护和控制有较大的优越性。给出了控制电路结构组成 ,主要环节设计思想 。

A digital control circuit scheme used as protection and control for medium and low voltage switchgears is introduced in this paper. This scheme is of simple circuit construction,easy maintenance and testing,low cost for developing and producing.The experimental results show that the circuit possesses high accuracy,reliability and repeatability in the action.In the case of the medium or low voltage switchears which just require simple and cheap protection and control,this scheme is of superiority.The paper gives the construction and design idea of the circuit,test results of some protection properties as well.
