For the design of the hydraulic transmission machine,the matching of torque converter and engine is one of the key questions that are related to dynamical performance and working efficiency of the vehicle. The numerical calculation method,appraisement parameters and program structure about the matching of torque converter and engine are introduced. The computer aided calculation on the matching is realized.
