船舶出口与参考资料的关系探讨

On the relationship between ship export and reference literatures

为解决出口船设计、建造中所急需的国际规则、条令等资料 ,出版发行了《出口船设计参考资料》,举办了多次国际规则、法规、标准及各船型的技术宣讲会 ,发行了电子邮件方式的《出口船资料信息联络网》资料 ,并开展国外船级社规范的翻译出版工作。我所出口船设计中所取得的诸多成绩 ,我国出口船有今天 ,都离不开这些参考资料等技术基础工作 ,这项工作的重要性 。

In order to provide necessary reference literatures such as international regulations and requirements for assisting export ship design and building, work is done to publish “Design Reference Materials for Export Ship”, to hold Seminars on rules international regulations and standards to hold various technical seminars, to release E mail massage of “Liaison net for export ship information and materials”, and translate various class rules. This important and fundamental technical work is one of the key s factors contributing to the successful export ship business of our country.
