载重轮胎成品生产实时监控系统设计

根据载重轮胎成品生产的工艺流程以及上海载重轮胎厂硫化工区的实际情况 ,讨论了运用PLC等设备构建生产实时监控系统的设计方案 ;并给出监控系统各个模块的设计功能和实现方法。

Based on de facto situation in sulfuration work area of Shanghai transportation tyre plant, this paper discusses a real time monitor system design scheme using ORMON PLC device in the process of heavy duty tyre manufacturing. Detailed module functions and implementation approaches are also presented in this paper.
