Reliability Analysis of Large-scale Integrated Electric Control System

针对大型成套电控设备的特点 ,提出了其可靠性分析的一般方法 ,从而得出整机系统的首次大修时间 ,并对可靠性低的子系统提出了提高可靠性的措施。最后以 160t智能沥青混凝土搅拌站为例进行了分析。

This paper puts a method to analyse the reliability of large scale integrated electric control system in the light of its properties. Then the time when the whole system is repaired first is obtained, and some measurements are given to improve the reliability of low reliablity subsystems. At the end of this paper, the system of bituminous concrete mixer which has tonnage of 160 is taken for a example.
